摘要
介绍了GB/T 7122《高强度胶粘剂剥离强度的测定浮辊法》标准修订的目的、意义及内容。修订后的标准基于ISO 4578:1997,并结合国内实际情况进行了细化和完善,包括规范性引用文件、术语和定义、试验装置精度、基材尺寸及表面处理、试件老化条件及尺寸测量、状态调节和试验环境等方面的重要调整。
This article introduces the purpose,significance and revised content of the GB/T 7122 standard“Determination of peel resistance of high-strength adhesive bonds floating roller method”.The revised standard is based on ISO 4578:1997 and has been refined and improved in accordance with the actual situation in China.It includes significant adjustments in normative references,terms and definitions,test device accuracy,substrate dimensions and surface treatment,test piece aging conditions and dimensional measurement,state conditioning,and test environment.
