摘要
介绍了一种采用银色金属涂层抗辐射隔离膜(新型聚乙烯隔离膜)的SBS改性沥青防水卷材。与常规PE隔离膜SBS卷材相比,在夏季屋面,该卷材的表面温度明显降低,可有效解决因长时间外露而导致的卷材表面鼓包、短边搭接边脱开、隔离膜老化开裂等常见问题。实际施工案例也表明,该卷材的条形压花设计可聚拢火焰,采用热熔卷材搭接边焊接机可提高施工效率和质量。
This paper introduces an SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with a silver metal-coated anti-radiation release film(new polyethylene release film).Compared with conventional PE release film surfaced SBS membranes,the surface temperature of this membrane is significantly lower on summer roofs,effectively solving common issues such as surface blistering,overlap separation,and release film aging and cracking caused by prolonged exposure.Practical construction cases also show that the strip embossing design of this membrane can concentrate flames,and the use of a hot-melt membrane edge welding machine can improve construction efficiency and quality.
