摘要
研究了高性能屋面涂料用聚合物乳液制得的水性外露型弹性屋面防水涂料的耐久性,结果表明,与传统聚合物乳液制得的涂料相比,高性能屋面涂料用聚合物乳液制得的涂料具有更优异的耐水性和长期耐候性;同时发现,微生物侵蚀是影响涂膜耐久性的另一个重要因素,通过对比研究了基于重质碳酸钙、氢氧化铝填料的涂膜的耐水性与耐微生物侵蚀性之间的相关性。高性能屋面涂料用聚合物乳液制得的水性外露型弹性屋面防水涂料具有优异的耐水性、长期耐候性及耐微生物侵蚀性,并获得欧洲ETAG 005标准25年使用年限的认证,可很好地满足通用规范中屋面工程防水设计工作年限不应低于20年的要求。
This paper studies the durability of water-borne exposed elastic roof waterproofing coating made of polymer solution for high-performance roof coating.The results show that the coating made of polymer solution for high-performance roof coating has better water resistance and long-term weather resistance than the coating made of traditional polymer solution;meanwhile,it is found that microbial erosion is another important factor affecting the durability of coatings.The correlation between the water resistance and microbial erosion resistance of coatings based on heavy calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide fillers is compared and studied.The waterbased exposed elastic roof waterproofing coating made of polymer solution for high-performance roof coating has excellent water resistance,long-term weather resistance and microbial erosion resistance,and has been certified by European ETAG 005 standard for 25 years of service life,which can well meet the requirements of the general specification that the working life of roof waterproofing design should not be less than 20 years.
