摘要
【目的】探究共同富裕区域差异与形成机理对促进区域协调发展具有重要意义。【方法】基于纵横向拉开档次法测度2002—2022年中国共同富裕发展水平,借助Dagum基尼系数和方差分解法探索共同富裕发展的空间差异与结构来源,进而运用QAP分析法剖析其形成机理。【结果】①国家共同富裕发展持续向好,但依旧存在区域发展不平衡不充分问题。②共同富裕发展总体差异的主要来源是区域间差异,东部与西部区域间差异最大。③目前总体收入和物质财富差异是共同富裕发展差异的主要结构来源,基础设施和城乡差距差异的贡献也较大。④由物质财富、公共服务、基础设施和总体收入构成的总体富裕差异是共同富裕发展差异的主要驱动因素。【结论】扎实推进共同富裕发展,既要想办法“做大蛋糕”,更要关注如何“分好蛋糕”。
【Objective】Exploring the regional difference and formation mechanism of common prosperity is of great significance in promoting regional coordinated development.【Method】Based on vertical and horizontal scatter degree method to measure the level of common prosperity development in China from 2002 to 2022,the study explores the spatial differences and structural sources of common prosperity development with the help of Dagum Gini coefficient and the variance decomposition method,and then analyzes the formation mechanism with the help of the QAP analysis method.【Result】①The development of common prosperity in China continues to improve,but there is still the problem of unbalanced and insufficient regional development.②The main source of the overall difference in the development of common prosperity is the difference between regions,and the difference between the eastern and western regions is the largest.③Currently,the differences in overall income and material wealth are the main structural sources of the differences in the development of the common prosperity,and the differences in infrastructure and urban-rural disparities also contribute more.④The overall affluence difference consisting of material prosperity,public services,infrastructure and overall income is the main driving factor of the common prosperity development difference.【Conclusion】In order to promote the development of China's common prosperity,we should not only find ways to"make the cake bigger",but also pay attention to"share the cake well".
