摘要
以吉林省大学生体育管理模式为研究对象,深入探讨了从“五育并举”到“五育融合”的发展转变过程。通过梳理国内外相关理论,结合吉林省高校体育管理的现状,分析了体育教育中的德育、智育、体育、美育、劳育相融合的必要性与实际意义。提出了推进“五育融合”在大学生体育管理中的应用策略与具体实践路径,重点阐明了如何通过管理创新和教学改革,实现体育管理模式的转型升级,助力培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才。旨在为吉林省高校体育教育改革提供理论依据和实践参考,以推动体育管理的高质量发展。
This paper focuses on the sports management mode for college students in Jilin Province,exploring the transition from the“Five Education Simultaneously”to the“Five Education Integration”.By reviewing relevant domestic and international theories and examining the current status of sports management in universities in Jilin Province,the study analyzes the necessity and practical significance of integrating moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education into sports education.The research proposes strategies and practical pathways for promoting the application of the“Education Integration”in college sports management.It emphasizes how to realize the transformation and upgrading of sports management modes through management innovation and teaching reform,thereby contributing to the cultivation of high-quality talents with comprehensive development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education.This study aims to provide a theoretical foundation and practical reference for sports education reform in Jilin universities,promoting the high-quality development of sports management.
