HS-SPME-GC/MS法分析沉香及其燃香产品挥发成分研究

摘要 本文以市售沉香及其燃香产品为试样,探究不同沉香产品挥发成分的差异及其常见特征成分。通过单因素试验优化顶空固相微萃取条件,提取得到沉香挥发物,并采用气相色谱/质谱法对10批次不同来源的市售沉香样品进行分析。结果表明:30/50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头适用于沉香物质快速分析,最佳条件为萃取温度130℃、平衡时间10 min、萃取时间20 min、解吸时间6 min。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法从10种沉香样品中检测到119种成分,包括大量酮类、醇类和酯类物质。其中,平均含量最多的是酮类,检出种类最多的为醇类;去氢蜂斗菜酮、(4aR,5S)-1-羟基-4a,5-二甲基-3-(丙-2-亚基)-4,4a,5,6-四氢萘-2(3H)-酮、诺卡酮、雪松醇、7,9-双(2-甲基丙-2-基)-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-6,9-二烯-2,8-二酮等成分为上述沉香型燃香产品常见高检出、高含量成分。研究结果可为沉香及其制品的质量鉴定和优质化生产提供参考。 In this paper,commercially available agarwood and its incense products were taken as samples,the differences in volatile components among different agarwood products and their common characteristic components were explored.The volatile substances of agarwood were extracted using optimized conditions of headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME)through single-factor experiments,and 10 batches of commercially available agarwood samples from different sources were analyzed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The results showed that the 30/50μm DVB/CAR/PDMS extraction fiber was suitable for rapid analysis of agarwood substances,with the optimal conditions being an extraction temperature of 130℃,equilibration time of 10 min,extraction time of 20 min,and desorption time of 6 min.A total of 119 components were detected from the 10 agarwood samples using GC-MS,including a large number of ketones,alcohols,and esters,of which the most average content was ketones,and the most detected types were alcohols.Components such as dehydrofukinone,(4aR,5S)-1-Hydroxy-4a,5-dimethyl-3-(propan-2-ylidene)-4,4a,5,6-tetrahydronaphthalen-2(3H)-one,nootkatone,cedrol,7,9-Di-tert-butyl-1-oxaspiro(4.5)deca-6,9-diene-2,8-dione and other components could be considered as common high-detection,high-content components in aforementioned agarwood-type incense products.The research results provide reference for the quality appraisal and high-quality production of agarwood and its products.
