摘要
随着医疗器械市场的不断扩大,企业迫切需要提升售后服务能力求。本文以糖尿病患者使用的胰岛素泵为例,结合患者需求及当前售后发展中存在的问题,利用用友BIP平台构建了一个基于工业互联网架构的售后服务系统。该系统通过用友iuap平台底座和YonBuilder低代码平台,实现了泵类产品售后服务的数字化和智能化。
With the continuous expansion of the medical device market,enterprises are facing an urgent need to improve their after-sales service capabilities.Taking the insulin pump used by diabetic patients as an example,this paper combines the needs of patients and the current problems in after-sales development,and uses the YonBIP platform to build an after-sales service system based on the industrial internet architecture.Through the iuap base and the YonBuilder low-code platform,this system realizes the digitization and intelligence of the after-sales service of pump products.
