摘要
酸枣仁作为一种药食同源传统中药材,具有显著的药理活性,已被广泛用于药品和保健食品的研制之中。基于已有文献和国家保健食品注册数据库,分析总结酸枣仁活性成分和药理作用,构建含酸枣仁的保健食品配方数据库,并对酸枣仁保健食品的剂型、有效成分、保健作用以及配方应用进行梳理和分析,进而阐明含酸枣仁保健食品常用的配方组合及配伍特点。旨在揭示含酸枣仁保健食品的应用规律,为进一步开发应用提供参考。
As a Chinese herbal medicine with both medicinal and edible values,Ziziphi Spinosae Semen has been well recognized for its remarkable pharmacological activity and has been widely used in health food.Based on a large number of reports and data from the national health food registry database,the active compo-nents and pharmacological effects of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen were summarized,and a database of health food formulas containing Ziziphi Spinosae Semen was constructed.The dosage forms,active components,health ef-fects,and application of the formulas containing Ziziphi Spinosae Semen were detailed.Furthermore,the com-monly used formulas containing Ziziphi Spinosae Semen and the compatibility characteristics were elucidated,with a view to revealing the application rules of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen in health food and providing a reference for further development and application.
