摘要
注册会计师行业蓬勃发展,人才是首要驱动力。强化人才建设,是确保该行业迈向高质量、可持续发展之路的核心基石。纵观当前研究,较少有对我国注册会计师行业未来的人才供需态势的量化分析。鉴于此,本文创新性地采用机器学习技术,对2021-2035 年我国注册会计师行业的人才供给、需求及供需匹配情况进行了科学预测和深入分析,预测2035 年,我国注册会计师行业人才供给数量将达到50.74 万人,需求数量在不同情境设定下的预测结果有所差异,但均呈上升趋势。此外,本文还采用2021—2023 年的样本外数据对预测效果进行了检验,结果显示,前述预测与实际情况高度契合。
Applying creatively the machine learning technology to make a scientific prediction and an in-depth analysis on the professional talent supply,demand and supplydemand match of China's accountancy profession during 2021-2035,this paper believes that to 2035,the professional talent supply of the accountancy profession in China is expected to reach 507400 people,even though the prediction results for the demand quantity in different situations are different,they are on the rise.In addition,the out-of-sample data from 2021-2023 are also used to test the prediction effect,and the results show that the aforementioned predictions are highly compatible with the actual situation.
