轻触排水阀设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Light Touch Drainage Valve

摘要 传统马桶排水阀操作力值大操作行程长,使用者操作费力,体验差。通过创新结构设计与优化,实现了排水阀的轻触设计与优化。设计的轻触排水阀所需工作水位较高,导致最小排水高度大,排水量大,无法满足一级水效标准。通过不断的试验验证,并运用STAR-CCM+流体仿真,降低了工作水位和最小排水高度,提升轻触排水阀通配性,达到节水的效果。 The traditional toilet drain valve has a large operating force and a long operating stroke,making it laborious for users to operate and resulting in a experience.Through innovative structural design and optimization,a light-touch drain valve design and optimization were achieved.The light-touch drain valve design requires a higher working water level leading to a large minimum drainage height and a large drainage volume,which cannot meet the standard of first-class water efficiency.Through continuous experimental verification and the use of-CCM fluid simulation,the working water level and minimum drainage height were reduced,enhancing the compatibility of the light-touch drain valve and achieving water-saving effects.
