摘要
以国内研制的首套12500 KN/3500 KN组合式高速油压机为例,分析其控制重点和解决方法。对于设备不用工序同时工作引起的共振和偏载问题,控制系统将模拟量的液压阀通过特定斜坡曲线控制,将数字量的液压阀通过特定组合次序控制,降低了设备在同一阀组独立运行时和不同阀组同时运行时引发振动,实现了大型高速油压机的柔性控制。对于冲孔杆和拔伸杆的定位,控制系统将在缸体内侧配置位移传感器做位置闭环控制,确保冲孔杆和拔伸杆的定位精度。通过上述方法实现组合式高速油压机的控制要求。
Taking the first domestically developed set of 12500 KN/3500 KN combined high-speed hydraulic presses as an example,its control key points and solutions are analyzed as follows.For the resonance and eccentric load problems caused by different processes of the equipment working simultaneously,the control system controls the analog hydraulic valves through specific ramp curves and the digital hydraulic valves through specific combination sequences.This reduces the vibrations caused when the same valve group operates independently and when different valve groups operate simultaneously,thus realizing the flexible control of large high-speed hydraulic presses.For the positioning of the punching rod and the drawing rod,the control system configures displacement sensors on the inner side of the cylinder to perform position closed-loop control,ensuring the positioning accuracy of the punching rod and the drawing rod.Through the above methods,the control requirements of the combined high-speed hydraulic press are successfully met.
