摘要
新中国成立75年来,中国共产党团结领导全国人民,面对粮食短缺困扰、贫困顽疾、城乡二元结构痼疾、工业化城镇化进程中农业农村发展受弱质性困扰难题,以历史主动精神攻坚克难,探索形成促进城乡协调、共同繁荣发展路径,农业农村发展实现重大突破,取得历史性成就,把饭碗牢牢端在了中国人自己的手中,历史性地解决了农村绝对贫困问题,全面建成小康社会,农业农村由传统向现代转型取得历史性进展。新时代要继续发挥国家制度和治理体系的显著优势破解农业农村发展难题,按照党的二十届三中全会提出的“城乡融合发展是中国式现代化的必然要求”自觉推进城乡融合发展。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,in the face of such difficult problems as food shortages,persistent poverty,the chronic dual urban-rural structure,weak agricultural and rural development in the process of industrialization and urbanization,etc.,the Communist Party of China has united and led the Chinese people in overcoming difficulties in a spirit of historical initiative,and explored a path to promote coordinated development and common prosperity between urban and rural areas.Major breakthroughs and historic achievements have been made in agricultural and rural development,putting the rice bowl firmly in the hands of the Chinese people,historically solving the problem of absolute poverty in rural areas,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and making historic progress in transforming agriculture and rural areas from traditional to modern.In the new era,we must continue to give full play to the significant advantages of the national system and governance system to solve the problems of agricultural and rural development,and conscientiously promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in accordance with the requirements put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party:“The integrated urban and rural development is an inevitable requirement of Chinese modernization.”
