摘要
以一座跨度为1380m的筒壳螺栓球网架结构作为工程研究背景,分析不同温度作用下和不同支座约束条件下的计算结果,深入探究不同支座弹性刚度在结构中对温度应力的释放作用效果。对比5种支座弹性刚度和温度区间不同部位支座反力的变化,选取合理支座弹性刚度及支撑分布。对比支座约束释放前后网架结构模型静力和动力性能,验证支座约束对大跨度螺栓球网架温度应力释放作用,确保结构安全前提下实现优化结构目的。
Taking a 138-meter-span cylindrical shell bolt ball grid structure as the engineering research background,this paper analyzes the calculation results under different temperatures and under different support constraints,and deeply ex-plores the effect of different bearing elastic stiffness on the release of temperature stress in the structure.The elastic stiff-ness of the five supports and the changes of the support reaction force in different parts of the temperature range were com-pared,and the reasonable elastic stiffness and support distribution of the support were selected.Comparing the static and dynamic performance of the grid structure model before and after the release of the support constraints,it is verified that the support constraints have a great effect on the temperature stress relief of the long-span bolt ball grid,and the purpose of op-timizing the structure is achieved under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure.
