基于重要度的矿车制动系统可靠性优化设计

Reliability Optimization of Truck Brake System Based on Importance

摘要 矿车制动系统可靠性设计需要深入到功能单元层面发现薄弱环节并加以提升。本文首先建立功能单元运行可靠性评估模型,其次,为定量描述功能单元对系统可靠性的影响程度,引入概率重要度与关键重要度。前者针对退化失效优化前期设计,后者针对突发失效指导后期运维。最后结合实例,对不同冗余构型的矿车制动系统进行了可靠性计算与分析。 The reliability design of truck brake system requires identifying weaknesses for the level of functional unit.First,the reliability evaluation model of functional unit is proposed,Then,the probability importance and the criticality impor-tance are both introduced into quantifying the reliability importance of functional unit accurately.The former is used to opti-mize initial system design,the latter to guide system maintenance.In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,the operational reliability of alternative redundant structures is calculated and analyzed.
