摘要
HXSS公司5 000 t/d熟料生产线系统在不进行较大投资的情况下,通过小改小革、系统局部优化等措施而达到降低系统能耗、降低碳排放、优化生产指标的效果。文章介绍了系统的优化改造主要包括系统的密封堵漏、立磨系统的优化、篦冷机系统的优化、预热器的局部优化、回灰优化使用等。
The HXSS company′s 5000 t/d clinker production line system achieves the effect of reducing system energy con-sumption,reducing carbon emissions,and optimizing production indicators through measures such as small modifications and partial optimization without significant investment.The article introduces the optimization and renovation of the system,which mainly includes sealing and sealing of the system,optimization of the vertical mill system,optimization of the grate cooler system,local optimization of the preheater,and optimization of the use of ash return.
