高二氧化碳浓度气氛下分解后生料碳酸盐合成试验研究

Experimental study on carbonate synthesis of decomposed raw meal under high carbon dioxide concentration

摘要 利用悬浮炉试验平台,对分解后生料在模拟高二氧化碳浓度气氛下、在不同温度下进行碳酸盐合成试验研究。结果显示:在550、650、750、800、850、900、950℃温度下,随着温度的升高,分解后生料发生碳酸盐合成比例先增大、后减小,在750℃碳酸盐合成比例最大。 The experimental study on carbonate synthesis of decomposed raw meal at different temperatures under simulat-ed atmosphere of high carbon dioxide concentration was carried out by using suspension furnace test platform.The results show that the proportion of carbonate synthesis in raw meal firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of temper-ature at 550,650,750,800,850,900,950℃,and the proportion of carbonate synthesis is the largest at 750℃.
