一种基于无人机倾斜摄影测量的房屋建筑面积量测方法 被引量:2

摘要 为解决传统房屋建筑面积量测方法存在的外业工作量大、测量周期长、投入成本高等问题,本文提出一种基于无人机倾斜摄影的测量方法。首先,对无人机倾斜摄影测量理论进行探索,分析了三维建模、正射影像生产及数字测图等关键技术;然后,依托三维模型与正射影像,利用EPS软件进行房屋绘制,提取房屋角点、边长及面积信息;最后,开展了精度验证试验,对比分析了采集精度。试验结果表明,采用无人机倾斜摄影测量开展房屋调查总体可行,房屋的角点中误差和边长中误差均优于0.05 m,面积较差满足商品房二级精度要求。 In order to solve the problems of heavy field work,long measurement period and high investment cost in traditional building area measurement methods,this paper proposes a measurement method based on UAV oblique photogrammetry.Firstly,the theory of UAV oblique photogrammetry is explored and the key technologies such as 3D modeling,orthophoto production and digital mapping are analyzed;then,based on 3D models and orthophoto images,EPS software is used to map the house and extract the house corner,side length,and area information;finally,the accuracy verification testing is carried out,and the compilation accuracy is compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that it is generally feasible to carry out house survey by using UAV oblique photogrammetry,the root mean square error of corner and side length of house are better than 0.05 m,and the areal error meets the secondary accuracy requirements of commercial houses.
