基于GIS的乡村振兴信息监管平台建设

Construction of GIS-based Information Supervision Platform for Rural Revitalization

摘要 为了巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,本文利用GIS、物联网、大数据等先进技术,构建了乡村振兴监管大数据库,设计并开发了乡村振兴信息监管平台,实现了乡村振兴“一张图”、监测预警管理、考核评价管理以及辅助决策分析等功能模块,有力支撑了困难群众返贫风险、帮扶项目资金利用、易地扶贫搬迁群众扶持等工作的过程监控和科学管理,提高了乡村振兴工作的管理水平。 In order to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively bridge them with rural revitalization,this paper utilizes advanced technologies such as GIS,IoT,and big data to construct a large-scale supervision database for rural revitalization.We have designed and developed an intelligent information management platform for rural revitalization,which encompasses various functional modules including“One Map”of rural revitalization,monitoring and early warning management,assessment and evaluation management,and auxiliary decision analysis.This platform robustly supports the process monitoring and scientific management of tasks such as mitigating the risk of impoverished populations returning to poverty,optimizing the use of aid project funds,and supporting relocated impoverished populations,improving the standard of rural revitalization management.
