用于辊压机能效预测的试验方法及应用研究

摘要 针对辊压机能效预测困难、缺少生产过程中的预测手段等问题,本文提出了一种试验分析方法:取辊压机的入辊物料进行不同试验物料量、不同终压的挤压破碎试验,建立基于试验的挤压力-比能耗-细粉产量关系模型M(F),进而得到辊压机的能效预测数据。通过对三家水泥厂的入辊物料进行试验和分析,结果表明:该方法建立了试验和生产的关联性,为辊压机的能效预测提供了新的思路和方法,可作为辊压机装备智能化的控制模型算法。 In response to the difficulties in predicting energy efficiency of roller presses and the lack of prediction methods in the production process,this paper proposes an experimental analysis method:different experimental material quantities and final pressures are taken from the input material of the roller press for extrusion crushing tests,and an experimental relationship model M(F)based on extrusion pressure specific energy consumption fine powder production is established to obtain energy efficiency prediction data of the roller press.Through experiments and analysis of roll materials from three cement plants,the results show that this method establishes a correlation between testing and production,providing new ideas and methods for energy efficiency prediction of roll presses.It can be used as an intelligent control model algorithm for roll press equipment.
