摘要
某国外6500 t/d熟料水泥生产线原3.80m废气管道在烧成系统中连接高温风机与尾排风机收尘器,该管道走向不合理、拐角偏小,导致管道通风不畅、系统阻力大。文章介绍了此次高空大直径高温管道的改造范围、改造难点,详细分析了基于改造工期短,改造空间有限等条件下的改造方案选择。改造完成后,系统阻力降低了600 Pa,风机电耗降低1 kWh,熟料产量增加了150t/d,改造效果较好。
The original 3.80m waste gas pipeline of a foreign 60500 t/d clinker cement production line was connected to a high-temperature fan and a dust collector of the exhaust fan in the burning system.The pipeline had an unreasonable direction and small corners,resulting in poor ventilation and high system resistance.The article introduces the scope and difficulties of the renovation of the highaltitude large-diameter high-temperature pipeline,and analyzes in detail the selection of renovation plans based on the short renovation period and limited renovation space.After the renovation,the system resistance decreased by 600 Pa,the fan power consumption decreased by 1 kWh,and the output of clinker increased by 150 t/d.The renovation effect was good.
