腹部肿瘤腹腔转移应用增强CT诊断的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的 分析增强CT在腹部肿瘤腹腔转移中的诊断效果。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年7月南通市通州区人民医院收治的106例疑似腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者为研究对象,以病理结果为金标准,所有患者均实施增强CT、多层螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方式的诊断结果、诊断效能。结果106例疑似腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者经病理结果确诊阳性66例,经增强CT检查确诊阳性65例,经多层螺旋CT检查确诊阳性61例。多层螺旋CT的kappa值为0.824,增强CT的kappa值为0.940。增强CT的特异度、灵敏度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 增强CT诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的诊断效能较好,可提高腹部转移早期诊断的准确度。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of enhanced CT in abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumors.Methods A total of 106 patients with suspected abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumor from February 2021 to July 2023 admitted to Nantong Tongzhou People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.With pathological results as the gold standard,all patients underwent enhanced CT scan and multi-slice spiral CT examination.The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of the two methods were compared.Results Among 106 patients with suspected abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumor,66 positive cases were confirmed by pathological results,65 positive cases were confirmed by enhanced CT examination,and 61 positive cases were confirmed by multi-slice spiral CT examination.The kappa value of multi-slice spiral CT was 0.824,and the kappa value of enhanced CT was 0.940.The specificity,sensitivity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of enhanced CT were higher than those of multi-slice spiral CT,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumor is better,which can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of abdominal metastasis.
