摘要
目的 分析应用高频超声介入与传统封闭治疗对类风湿关节炎患者的有效性。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年7月在滕州市中心人民医院接受治疗的类风湿关节炎患者70例,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组(35例,应用传统封闭治疗)和观察组(35例,采取高频超声介入治疗),比较两组临床疗效、关节滑膜厚度、疼痛评分、炎性因子指标。结果 观察组患者的临床疗效[97.14%(34/35)]相比于对照组[80.00%(28/35)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.080,P=0.024)。治疗后,观察组关节滑膜厚度、疼痛评分、炎性因子指标水平相比于对照组均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论高频超声介入治疗应用在类风湿性关节炎患者当中可提高治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛和炎症反应。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high frequency ultrasound intervention and traditional closed therapy in patients of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From April 2022 to July 2023,seventy patients of rheumatoid arthritis treated in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(35 cases,treated with traditional closed treatment) and observation group(35 cases,treated with high frequency ultrasound intervention) according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,synovial thickness,pain score,and inflammatory factor indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group [97.14%(34/35)] was higher than that of the control group [80.00%(28/35)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.080,P=0.024).After treatment,compared with the control group,the joint synovial thickness,pain score and inflammatory factor indexes levels of the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high frequency ultrasound interventional therapy in patients of rheumatoid arthritis can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the pain and inflammatory response of patients.
