摘要
目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者采用浮针疗法和常规药物治疗后的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2022年12月—2023年12月佛山市中医院禅城高新区医院收治的96例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,以不同的治疗方法将患者分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组采用地塞米松注射液+甘露醇静脉注射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用浮针疗法治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、日本骨科协会评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、视觉模拟评分法评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.007,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组日本骨科协会评分高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 临床在对腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗期间,浮针疗法的合理应用可以充分提升疗效,改善患者各项功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of floating needle therapy and conventional drugs in patients with lumbar disc herniation after treatment.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Chancheng High-tech Zone Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into control group and study group by different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone injection+mannitol intravenous injection,and the study group was treated with floating needle therapy on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,Japanese Orthopaedic Association score,Oswestry Disability Index score,and Visual Analogue Scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than 83.33%(40/48) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.007,P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the Oswestry Dysfunction Index score and Visual Analogue Scale score were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,the rational application of floating needle therapy can fully improve the efficacy and improve the patient's various functions.
