摘要
目的 分析甲氨蝶呤联合雷公藤多苷片治疗骨肉瘤的临床效果及对炎症因子、复发率的影响。方法 回顾性选取2021年10月—2024年2月咸宁市第一人民医院收治的80例骨肉瘤患者的临床资料,以不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用雷公藤多苷片治疗。对比两组治疗效果、炎症因子水平和复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.587,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β和C反应蛋白水平均比治疗前更低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲氨蝶呤联合雷公藤多苷片可有效提高骨肉瘤患者的临床疗效,减轻炎症反应并降低复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets in the treatment of osteosarcoma and its influence on inflammatory factors and recurrence rate.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with osteosarcoma admitted to Xianning First People's Hospital from October 2021 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.587,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with osteosarcoma,reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the recurrence rate.the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the recurrence rate.
