摘要
职业病作为全球主要的健康危害及致死原因之一,给世界各国带来沉重的经济和社会负担。当前,广西壮族自治区正在经历工业化和城市化的高速发展时期,多年来粗放式发展所带来的职业健康问题逐渐显现,劳动者的职业健康需求不断增加,职业健康工作亟待加强。职业病诊断是职业健康工作的核心内容之一。广西壮族自治区市场监督管理局于2023年12月12日颁布了《职业病诊断规范(DB45/T2771—2023)》,该规范明确了标准适用范围,规定了相关术语和定义、职业病诊断原则、职业病诊断机构要求、职业病诊断程序、职业病诊断档案管理、职业病病例报告等,并附有8个资料性附录。该规范的颁布和施行,为全区各职业病诊断机构提供了技术规范。本文对该规范的主要内容进行解读,旨在促进该规范的宣传、贯彻和实施。
As one of the major health hazards and causes of death in the world,occupational diseases bring heavy economic and social burden to various countries in the world.At present,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is undergoing the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization.Occupational health problems brought by extensive development over the years have gradually appeared,the occupational health demands of workers are increasing,and occupational health work needs to be strengthened.Occupational disease diagnosis is one of the core contents of occupational health work.The Market Supervision and Administration of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the Standard for Diagnosis of Occupational Diseases(DB45/T 2771-2023)on 12^(th)December,2023,which clarified the scope of application of the standard.It specifies relevant terms and definitions,principles of occupational disease diagnosis,requirements for occupational disease diagnosis institutions,procedures for occupational disease diagnosis,management of occupational disease diagnosis files,and occupational disease case reports,etc.,with 8 informative appendices.The promulgation and implementation of the standard provide technical standards for various occupational disease diagnosis institutions in the whole region.This paper interprets the main contents of the standard,aiming at promoting the publicity and implementation of the standard.
