摘要
本研究选取玻璃纤维行业中率先实施智能制造试点的中国巨石为案例分析对象,基于技术创新理论、流程再造理论和价值创造理论,探讨了数字化转型赋能企业价值链优化的路径及其效果。研究发现,中国巨石数字化转型通过研发协作数字化、物料管理一体化、生产制造智能化、市场营销精准化、产业流程协同化等路径赋能研发、采购、生产、销售和运营等内部价值链环节,通过在自主构建的供应商管理体系和客户关系管理系统中融入数字化平台和网络数据服务,赋能与外部供应商和客户构成的外部价值链环节。这一过程提升了企业研发能力、盈利能力和管理成效,增强了品牌影响力,并整合了上下游价值链,保持了企业在行业中的领先地位。本文将数字化转型的视角拓展到价值链管理领域,不仅丰富了数字化转型领域的相关研究,也为企业数字化转型实践提供管理借鉴。
This study selects China Jushi,a pioneer in implementing smart manufacturing pilot projects in the glass fiber industry,as the case study subject.Based on theories of technological innovation,business process reengineering,and value creation,the study explores the paths and effects of digital transformation in empowering enterprise value chain optimization.The research finds that China Jushi’s digital transformation empowers various internal value chain segments,including research and development,procurement,production,sales,and operations,through paths such as digitalization of R&D collaboration,integration of material management,intelligent manufacturing,precision marketing,and industrial process coordination.By integrating digital platforms and network data services into its self-constructed supplier management system and customer relationship management system,the company also empowers external value chain segments formed by external suppliers and customers.This process has enhanced the company's R&D capabilities,profitability,and management effectiveness,strengthened its brand influence,and integrated upstream and downstream value chains,helping maintain its leading position in the industry.This paper expands the perspective of digital transformation to the field of value chain management,enriching relevant research in digital transformation and providing managerial insights for enterprise digital transformation practices.
