磁性吸附剂Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)对矿区镉污染土壤的修复 被引量:2

Effect of magnetic adsorbent Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)on remediation of Cd contaminated soil in mining areas

摘要 用分步合成法制备磁性吸附剂Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2),通过红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、振动样品磁强计和扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征.利用Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)对煤矿区被镉污染的土壤进行修复,分析磁性吸附剂投加量、修复时间及m(水)∶m(土)对土壤中镉的去除效果的影响.结果表明,当投加的w(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2))=2%,吸附时间30 d,m(水)∶m(土)=1∶1时,土壤中的w(总镉)、w(有效态镉)分别从3.0×10^(-6)和1.82×10^(-6)降至2.24×10^(-6)和1.18×10^(-6).总镉和有效态镉的去除率分别为25.33%和21.43%.土壤中不同形态(酸可溶态、可还原态、可氧化态及残渣态)的w(镉)发生了变化,分别由修复前的36.07%、24.60%、20.48%和18.85%,降低为修复后的31.42%、21.26%、22.30%和25.02%,可见Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)主要去除了土壤中的酸可溶态、可还原态和可氧化态镉. In the process of soil heavy metal pollution treatment,magnetic adsorbent has a special advantage,i.e.it can separate heavy metals from soil and avoid secondary pollution.The aim of this research was to prepare magnetic adsorbent Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)and use it to remove Cd from soil.The magnetic separation process of Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)was also studied.The prepared adsorbent Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)was characterized by infrared spectrometer,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,vibrating sample magnetometer and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)was successfully synthesized.The Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)dosage,treatment time and water-soil ratio could affect the removal of Cd.The mass fraction of total Cd and available Cd in the soil decreased from the initial 3.0×10^(-6)and 1.82×10^(-6)to 2.24×10^(-6)and 1.18×10^(-6)respectively,when the dosage was 2%,the treatment time was 30 d and m(water)∶m(soil)was 1∶1.The removal rate of total Cd and available Cd was 25.33%and 21.43%,respectively.After the soil was treated with Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2),the proportion of four speciations of Cd(acid soluble,reducible,oxidizable,and residual)in the soil would change.The mass fractions of acid soluble,reducible,oxidizable,and residual Cd in the soil before remediation were 36.07%,24.60%,20.48%and 18.85%,respectively,and after that,31.42%,21.26%,22.30%and 25.02%,respectively.Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)-NH_(2)would mainly removing the acid soluble,reducible,and oxidizable Cd from the soil.
