摘要
针对水泵叶轮式过滤罩在高温环境下存在寿命短、过滤效率低及净化能力弱等问题,以某小型DC12V分口直流工业级小水泵进水口过滤罩为研究对象,采用逆向重构及优化设计技术,研究了水泵进水口过滤罩的结构。运用3D扫描仪和Geomagic Wrap软件对水泵过滤罩扫描及点云数据进行处理,并运用Geomagic Design X软件对水泵过滤罩进行3D模型重构;运用Inventor软件对过滤罩模型进行优化设计和有限元分析使其承受载荷合理化。通过有限元分析,验证了逆向重构及优化设计后水泵过滤罩的合理性与实用性。最后,通过采用3D打印技术,以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)材料研制了水泵过滤罩零件,并完成实体装配。
In response to the problems of short lifespan,low filtration efficiency,and weak purification ability of the impeller filter cover of a water pump in high temperature environments,the structure of the filter cover at the inlet of a small DC12V split DC industrial grade water pump was studied using reverse reconstruction and optimization design techniques.3D scanner and Geomagic Wrap software were used to scan and process point cloud data of the water pump filter cover.Geomagic Design X software was used to reconstruct the 3D model of the water pump filter cover.Inventor software was used to optimize the design and finite element analysis of the filter cover model to rationalize its load-bearing capacity.The rationality and practicality of the reverse reconstruction and optimized design of the water pump filter cover were verified through finite element analysis.Finally,by using 3D printing technology,the parts of the water pump filter cover were developed using acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) material,and the physical assembly was completed.
