摘要
高性能聚烯烃是高端制造与国家战略性新兴产业发展的重大需求,也是高质量发展和高品质生活的客观需要,已然成为行业发展新热点。气味参数是高端聚烯烃产品品质的关键指标,综述了聚烯烃产品气味的评价标准、主要来源、检测手段以及目前降低聚烯烃塑料挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量的方法。降低聚烯烃塑料VOC含量的方法主要包括材料制备、材料改性和材料后处理技术3个方面。材料制备主要通过聚合手段、催化剂选择、单体纯化等降低聚烯烃中VOC含量;材料改性则通过筛选母料和助剂去除材料中的VOC;材料后处理技术包括吸附技术、超临界流体技术、光催化技术、等离子体处理技术、生物消减技术和复合消减技术,这些技术为降低聚烯烃材料气味提供了多元化的解决方案。
High performance polyolefins are a major demand for high-end manufacturing and the development of national strategic emerging industries,as well as an objective need for high-quality development and high-quality life,and have become a new hot spot in industry development.Odor parameters have become key quality indicators for high-end polyolefin products.This article summarizes the evaluation criteria,main sources,detection methods,and methods for reducing the volatile organic compound(VOC) content of polyolefin plastics in terms of odor.The methods to reduce the VOC content of polyolefin plastics mainly include three aspects:material preparation,material modification,and material post-treatment technology.Material preparation mainly reduces the VOC content of polyolefins through polymerization methods,catalyst selection,monomer purification,etc.Material modification involves screening masterbatch and additives to remove VOC from the material.Material post-treatment technologies include adsorption technology,supercritical fluid technology,photocatalytic technology,plasma treatment technology,biological reduction technology,and composite reduction technology,which provide diversified solutions for reducing the odor of polyolefin materials.
