Analysis of Sluice Settlement Based on Monitoring and Numerical Simulation

摘要 基于某水闸工程,通过收集水闸闸室底板及左右岸墙各监测点高程数据,进行累计沉降量分析,并使用ABAQUS软件建立水闸三维有限元模型进行数值模拟分析,探讨水闸长期运行过程中的沉降特性和规律。结果表明,闸室底板各角点的累计沉降量均小于150 mm,满足规范要求,且左右岸墙部分监测点的累计沉降量超出规范允许值。有限元模拟结果与实际监测数据趋势一致,呈现出中间底板沉降量较小,边底板及左右岸墙沉降量较大的特点。建议对左右岸墙的沉降监测进行持续观测,以确保结构的安全性和稳定性。 Based on a sluice project,elevation data from monitoring points at the bottom slab of the sluice chamber and the left and right bank walls were collected for cumulative settlement analysis.A three-dimensional finite element model of the sluice was established using ABAQUS software to conduct numerical simulation analysis,investigating the settlement characteristics and patterns during the long-term operation of the sluice.The results indicate that the cumulative settlements at each corner of the chamber's bottom slab is less than 150 mm,meeting the regulatory requirements.However,the cumulative settlements at some monitoring points on the left and right bank walls exceeds the allowable limits set by the regulations.The finite element simulation results align with the trends of the actual monitoring data,demonstrating smaller settlement at the middle of the floor,with larger settlements at the edges of the floor and sidewalls.It's recommended to maintain continuous settlement monitoring at the left and right bank walls to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
