摘要
阿尔茨海默病是一种以进行性记忆力减退为主要表现的神经退行性疾病,目前尚无可治愈的药物。丰富环境作为一种涵盖高水平的感官和认知刺激的环境模式,现被广泛应用于康复训练中。大量研究表明丰富环境可改善阿尔茨海默病动物模型的认知功能,但具体机制尚不完全清楚。本文就丰富环境对阿尔茨海默病改善作用的分子机制进行综述,为其治疗阿尔茨海默病提供理论基础。
Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive memory loss,and there is currently no curable medication available.Enriched environment,as an environmental model that encompasses high-level sensory and cognitive stimuli,is now widely used in rehabilitation training.Numerous studies have shown that enriched environment can improve the cognitive function in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease,but the specific mechanism is not fully understood.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms underlying the improvement effect of enriched environment on Alzheimer’s disease,providing a theoretical basis for its treatment.
