摘要
DTx(DTx)是基于数字技术而不是完全依赖化学药物或物理器械的疾病治疗方法。作为一种新兴治疗干预形式,与传统疗法不同,DTx使用循证、临床评估的软件直接向患者提供干预措施,以治疗、管理或预防疾病。本文主要综述DTx的概念及其在脑卒中患者康复应用的研究现状,并提出研究存在的不足与展望,以期为提高中国脑卒中患者的康复治疗提供指导依据。
Digital therapeutics(DTx)are treatments for diseases that are based on digital technologies rather than relying solely on chemical drugs or physical devices.As an emerging form of therapeutic intervention,digital therapeutics use evidence-based,clinically assessed software to deliver interventions directly to patients to treat,manage,or prevent disease,unlike traditional therapies.This article reviews the concept of digital therapeutics and its research status in the rehabilitation of stroke patients,and puts forward the research shortcomings and prospects,in order to provide guidance for improving the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients in China.
