氧化应激致放射性唾液腺损伤的机制及治疗研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress in mechanism and treatment of radiation‑induced salivary gland damage caused by oxidative stress

摘要 放疗(RT)是头颈癌的主要治疗手段之一,然而RT可能会对周围的正常组织造成一定的损害。唾液腺(SG)作为头颈部放射性敏感器官,辐照后通常会出现不可逆性腺体损伤和功能下降,严重影响患者生活质量。因此了解放射性唾液腺损伤(RISGI)机制具有重要意义。研究表明,放射治疗会显著增加活性氧(ROS)水平,从而诱导唾液腺氧化应激。而氧化应激在细胞衰老凋亡、微血管损伤、唾液腺功能障碍中起着重要作用。在这篇综述中,我们讨论了放疗通过氧化应激导致唾液腺损伤机制,总结了如何从抗氧化的角度防治唾液腺损伤,并对未来的研究提出了一些建议。 Radiation therapy(RT)is a primary treatment method for head and neck cancer.However,RT can cause damage to surrounding normal tissues.The salivary gland(SG),being a radiosensitive organ in the head and neck,typically undergoes irreversible glandular damage and functional decline following irradiation,which significantly impacts patients'quality of life.Thus,understanding the mechanism of radiation-induced salivary gland injury(RISGI)is of great importance.Studies have shown that radiation therapy markedly increases the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS),leading to oxidative stress in the salivary gland.Oxidative stress is a key factor in cell aging and apoptosis,microvascular damage,and salivary gland dysfunction.In this review,the mechanisms of oxidative stress-induced salivary gland damage during radiotherapy are discussed,preventative and therapeutic approaches from an antioxidant perspective are summarized,and suggestions for future research were offered.
