附件切除术是妇科领域中较为常见和基础的手术。尽管如此,在手术过程中仍需留意一些关键的解剖学问题,例如大血管和输尿管损伤的潜在风险。文章旨在结合盆腔的解剖学结构,对手术的流程和相关技巧进行深入分析。
Adnexectomy is a common and basic sur?gical procedure in the field of gynecology.Nonetheless,it is necessary to consider some critical anatomical issues during the procedure,including the potential risk of injury to major blood vessels and the ureters.The purpose of this article is to provide a detailed analysis of the surgical procedure and associated techniques,based on the anatomical structure of the pelvic cavity.
