摘要
为研究牦牛瘤胃液在体外对精料和粗料的发酵参数,试验添加了25%的牦牛瘤胃液,并通过调节温度、水料比、pH和发酵时间来进行正交试验。试验结果表明,牦牛瘤胃液对精饲料的最佳发酵参数为温度39.5℃、pH 7.1、水料比1.4∶1以及发酵时间24 h;对粗饲料的最佳发酵参数为温度39.0℃、pH 6.9、水料比1.0∶1以及发酵时间24 h。这些结果有助于确定牦牛瘤胃液体外发酵的最佳条件,为瘤胃液发酵饲料的研究提供重要参考。
In order to study the fermentation parameters of yak rumen fluid on concentrate and roughage in vitro,25% of yak rumen fluid was added in this experiment and the experiment was carried out by adjusting the temperature,water/feed ratio,pH and fermentation time.The experimental results showed that the opti-mal fermentation parameters for concentrate were temperature 39.5℃,pH 7.1,water/feed ratio 1.4∶1,and fermentation time 24 h.The optimal fermentation parameters of yak rumen liquor for roughage under the conditions of this study were temperature 39.0℃,pH 6.9,water/feed ratio 1.0∶1,and fermentation time 24 h.These results help to determine the optimal conditions for extra-liquid fermentation in the rumen of yaks and provide an important reference for future research.
