摘要
目的探讨精准气道护理在脑卒中气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法选取蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院2021年6月—2023年12月收治的50例脑卒中气管切开患者作为研究对象,分为实验组(精准气道护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组25例,对比护理效果。结果对比炎性因子指标(护理后),实验组的白细胞计数[(7.19±1.05)×10^(9)/L]、C反应蛋白[(2.36±1.17)mg/L]、降钙素原[(9.18±1.44)ng/mL]比对照组更低(P<0.05)。对比肺部感染症状改善情况,实验组的肺部啰音消失时间[(2.17±0.87)d]、退热时间[(3.06±0.92)d]、肺部影像学病灶吸收时间[(4.70±1.04)d]比对照组更短(P<0.05)。对比血气指标(护理后),实验组的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))值[(85.43±6.14)mmHg]比对照组更高(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))值[(39.28±4.53)mmHg]比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中气管切开患者接受精准气道护理,对于改善肺部感染有着良好的效果。
Objective To explore application effect of precision airway nursing for stroke patients with tracheotomy.Methods The paper chose 50 stroke patients with tracheotomy in Bengbu Medical University the Second Affiliated Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into the experimental group(treated with precision airway nursing)and the control group(with routine nursing),with 25 cases in each group.Nursing effect was compared.Results Inflammatory factor indicators(after nursing)comparison showed,white blood cell count (7.19±1.05)×10^(9)/L,C-reactive protein (2.36±1.17)mg/L and procalcitonin (9.18±1.44)ng/mL in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Improvement of pulmonary infection symptoms showed,the experimental group had shorter disappearance time of lung rales(2.17±0.87)days,fever reduction time(3.06±0.92)days and absorption time of lung imaging lesions(4.70±1.04)days than the control group(P<0.05).Blood gas indicators(after nursing)comparison showed,the experimental group had higher arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))value(85.43±6.14)mmHg than the control group(P<0.05)and lower arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))(39.28±4.53)mmHg than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise airway nursing can achieve good effect on improving pulmonary infection of stroke patients with tracheotomy.
