摘要
文章对聚酰亚胺纤维卷曲机进行了深入研究与优化,分析了现有卷曲机在处理聚酰亚胺纤维时存在的问题,包括纤维损伤、卷曲效果不理想以及生产效率低等,通过对卷曲机的机械设计、工艺参数和控制系统的优化,有效提高了聚酰亚胺纤维的卷曲质量和生产效率,减小了纤维损伤,为聚酰亚胺纤维的工业化生产提供了更可靠的技术支持,具有重要的理论与实际应用价值。
The article conducted in-depth research and optimization on the crimper for polyimide fibers,analyzing the problems existing in existing crimper when processing polyimide fibers,including fiber damage,unsatisfactory crimping effect and low production efficiency.By optimizing the mechanical design,process parameters and control system of the crimper,the curling quality and production efficiency of polyimide fibers have been effectively improved,fiber damage has been reduced,and more reliable technical support has been provided for the industrial production of polyimide fibers,which has important theoretical and practical application value.
