摘要
低浓度工业源VOCs涉及行业众多,具有企业分散且数量巨大、排放风量大、浓度低、污染物成分复杂等特点。针对低浓度工业源VOCs废气性质不同,通常需要采用不同的治理技术及技术组合进行治理。本文针对目前低浓度工业源VOCs排放特点,对常用的治理技术进行总结和分析,尤其是针对工业涂装、印刷、PCB等行业风量大、浓度低、回收价值低的VOCs组合处理工艺进行评估,以期对低浓度工业源VOCs治理工作在技术选择上提供参考。
There are many industries involved in the emission VOCs from industrial production,which are characterized by enterprise dispersion,huge quantity,high emission intensity,low concentration,and complex pollutant composition.In view of the different nature of industrial VOCs waste gas,it is usually necessary to adopt different treatment technologies.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current commonly used low concentration industrial VOCs management technology,especially for industrial protective coatings,printing and PCB industries,the high wind volume,low concentration,low recycling value of VOCs combination process has been evaluated,in order to provide reference for the low concentration industrial VOCs management work in the technical selection.
