摘要 随着人工智能技术的快速发展,智能化巡检系统在工业生产中的应用越来越受到关注。以焦化厂重大危险源库区为研究对象,探讨了人工智能在该领域的应用。系统分析了焦化厂重大危险源特点和现有巡检方法的局限性,结合实际的应用情况展开了具体分析和效果评价,进而总结出了人工智能在焦化厂重大危险源库区智能化巡检研究应用的挑战与展望。研究为焦化厂安全管理和生产效率的提升提供了新的技术手段和理论支持。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the application of intelligent inspection system in industrial production is getting more and more attention.This paper takes the coking plant major hazardous source storage area as the research object,and discusses the application of artificial intelligence in this field.This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of major hazardous sources in coking plants and the limitations of the existing inspection methods,combines with the actual application to carry out a specific analysis and evaluation of the effect,and then summarizes the challenges and prospects of the application of AI in the research of intelligent inspection of major hazardous sources in coking plants.The research in this paper provides new technical means and theoretical support for the improvement of safety management and production efficiency of coking plants.
