提高洗萘效果,降低初冷器阻力的工艺改进

摘要 高负荷生产节奏下煤气除萘尤为重要,2023年甲醇系统因煤气含萘量高,造成重点关键设备严重堵塞,最终导致甲醇系统全面停产,公司一次性经济损失竟达到了6000万元之多。经过此次生产事故教训,山东博兴胜利科技有限公司决意结合本公司现场工艺实际情况,在煤气洗萘工艺上做出尝试和调整,以期达到有效降低煤气含萘,满足确保后续甲醇生产系统的使用要求。介绍了当前大机焦生产中配套化产回收系统为加强煤气萘脱除、降低初冷器阻力的经验方法。 In the high-load production rhythm,the removal of naphthalene from gas is particularly important.In 2023,due to the high content of naphthalene in the methanol system,the key equipment is seriously blocked,and the methanol system is finally completely shut down,and the one-time economic loss of the company has reached as much as 60 million yuan.After the lessons of the production accident,Shandong Boxing Victory Technology Co.,Ltd.,decided to combine the actual situation of the company's on-site process to make a test and adjustment in the gas washing naphthalene process,in order to effectively reduce the naphthalene content of gas and meet the requirements of ensuring the use of subsequent methanol production system.This article introduces the experience and methods of strengthening the removal of naphthalene from coal gas and reducing the resistance of primary coolers in the current large-scale coke production through the use of supporting chemical recovery systems.
