摘要
针对南海东部油田逐步进入中高含水开发阶段后生产井腐蚀结垢严重,井筒完整性破坏风险高,影响油田高质量发展的难题,基于南海东部油田腐蚀机理及主控因素分析,研发出同时具有缓蚀、阻垢、除氧、杀菌多功能一体化的长效、耐高温固体缓蚀阻垢剂。固体缓蚀阻垢剂主要由缓蚀剂、阻垢剂、增效剂、加重剂、黏合剂等组成,室内实验评价结果表明,在70℃条件下,固体缓蚀阻垢剂缓慢溶解释放期达3个月以上,缓蚀率>85%,碳酸钙阻垢率>60%,硫酸钙阻垢率>80%,杀菌率>99%;固体缓蚀阻垢剂在南海东部油气田推广应用共计100多口井次,现场应用过程中挂片监测腐蚀速率0.041 mm/a,缓蚀率达85%以上,缓蚀效果显著。多功能固体缓蚀阻垢剂及其应用工艺通过减少腐蚀和水垢的形成,不仅可以提高井筒的生产效率和安全性,还能降低维护成本,为南海东部油气田提高井筒完整性综合治理能力提供了有效的技术途径。
In response to the serious corrosion and scaling of production wells and the high risk of wellbore integrity damage that affects the high-quality development of the South China Sea eastern oilfield as it gradually enters the stage of medium to high water content development,based on the analysis of the corrosion mechanism and main control factors of the South China Sea eastern oilfield,a long-term,high-temperature resistant solid corrosion and scale inhibitor with multiple functions of corrosion inhibition,scale inhibition,deoxygenation,and sterilization has been developed.Solid corrosion and scale inhibitors are mainly composed of corrosion inhibitors,scale inhibitors,enhancers,weighting agents,adhesives,etc.Indoor experimental evaluation results show that at 70℃,the slow dissolution and release period of solid corrosion and scale inhibitors reaches more than 3 months,with a corrosion inhibition rate>85%,a calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate>60%,a calcium sulfate scale inhibition rate>80%,and a sterilization rate>99%;Solid corrosion and scale inhibitors have been promoted and applied in more than 100 wells in the eastern oil and gas fields of the South China Sea.During on-site application,the corrosion rate was monitored by hanging pieces at 0.041 mm/a,and the corrosion inhibition rate reached over 85%,with significant corrosion inhibition effect.Multi functional solid corrosion and scale inhibitors and their application processes can reduce the formation of corrosion and scale,not only improving the production efficiency and safety of the wellbore,but also reducing maintenance costs,providing an effective technical approach for improving the comprehensive management capability of wellbore integrity in the eastern oil and gas fields of the South China Sea.
