红外衰减全反射法(ATR)在锂电黏合剂产品质量控制中的应用

摘要 为缩短评价锂电黏合剂产品质量的试验时间,加快工业批次生产,本实验使用傅里叶红外光谱仪,采用衰减全反射技术(ATR)法对丙烯酸酯类黏合剂进行红外光谱快速定性分析。结果表明:基质丙烯酸酯聚合物的红外光谱特征吸收峰有羰基C=O在1730 cm^(-1)处有强峰及1250 cm^(-1)及1170 cm^(-1)处分别是C-O的反对称和对称伸展振动的特征峰,且1170 cm^(-1)处峰大于1250 cm^(-1)的峰。3000~2800 cm^(-1)这个波数段是甲基和亚甲基的伸缩振动峰。红外衰减全反射法(ATR)对丙烯酸酯类黏合剂样品可直接测定,检测速度快,可应用于丙烯酸酯类黏合剂的成分鉴定分析。 In order to shorten the test time for evaluating the quality of lithium battery adhesive products and speed up the production of industrial batches,a fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to perform a rapid qualitative analysis of acrylic adhesives by infrared spectroscopy by attenuating total reflection(ATR).The results show that the characteristic absorption peaks of the infrared spectrum of the matrix acrylic polymer are carbonyl C=O at 1730 cm^(-1) with a strong peak,1250 cm^(-1) and 1170 cm^(-1) are the characteristic peaks of C-O antisymmetric and symmetrical extension vibration,respectively,and the peak at 1170 cm^(-1) is greater than the peak of 1250 cm^(-1).The wavenumber range of 3000~2800 cm^(-1) is the expansion and contraction vibration peak of methyl and methylene.Infrared attenuated total reflection(ATR)can directly measure acrylic adhesive samples,and the detection speed is fast,and can be applied to the composition identification and analysis of acrylic adhesives.
