摘要
介绍了使用OMNIS Software 2.0全自动电位滴定仪测定水样中总硬度的方法。该方法利用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)作为络合剂,在pH值≈10的氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液条件下,通过电位变化来确定滴定终点,从而测定水样中的总硬度。研究结果显示,全自动电位滴定仪在提高分析效率和减少人为误差方面具有显著优势,与手动滴定方法相比,其准确性和可靠性得到了验证。
This paper introduces a method for determining the total hardness in water samples using the OMNIS Software 2.0 fully automatic potentiometric titrator.This method uses disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate(EDTA)as a complexing agent.Under the condition of an ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution with pH≈10,the titration end point is determined by potential changes to determine the total hardness in water samples.The research results show that the fully automatic potentiometric titrator has significant advantages in improving analysis efficiency and reducing human errors.Compared with the manual titration method,its accuracy and reliability have been verified.
