摘要
本研究建立了基于衰减全反射(ATR)制样技术的红外光谱法测定燃料油中脂肪酸甲酯含量的方法。采用不含脂肪酸甲酯的稀释用油和脂肪酸甲酯值含量不低于96.5%的生物柴油(BD100),配置系列标准溶液。对红外光谱中波数为1745 cm^(-1)附近峰值的吸光度进行检测,用朗博-比尔定律计算样品中脂肪酸甲酯含量。该方法线性范围为0.2%~30%(体积分数),检出限为0.03%(体积分数),检测结果的重复性优于2%(RSD),在1%~20%(体积分数)范围内回收率在90%~110%。与气相色谱-质谱联用法相比,该方法预处理简单,检测效率高,能够适用于涉税化验、固体废物属性鉴别和商品检验中测定燃料油中脂肪酸甲酯含量。
This study established an infrared spectroscopy method for the determination of fatty acid methyl ester content in fuel oil based on attenuated total reflection(ATR)sampling technology.Prepare a series of standard solutions with diluted oil free from fatty acid methyl ester and biodiesel(BD100)with fatty acid methyl ester content not less than 96.5%.Detect the absorbance of the peak near the wavelength of 1745 cm^(-1) in the infrared spectrum,and calculate the content of fatty acid methyl esters in the sample using the Lambert Beer law.The test results indicate that linear range of this method is 0.2%~30%,detection limit is 0.03%,repeatability is better than 2%(RSD),and recovery rate is between 90%to 110%in concentration range of 1%~20%.This method,with the characteristics of simple pretreatment and high detection efficiency compared with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,is suitable for determining content of fatty acid methyl esters in fuel oil in tax-related assays,solid waste identification,and commodity inspection.
