摘要
绿原酸广泛存在于水果、蔬菜和中药等高等植物,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、降血压、降血脂等作用,在食品和药品行业具有重要的应用价值。绿原酸的含量通常作为食品和药品质量控制的重要指标。因此,建立可靠、准确的绿原酸检测方法显得尤为重要。本文主要综述了近年来绿原酸的检测方法如高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、薄层色谱法(TLC)等,比较了各种方法的优劣及应用范围,以期为绿原酸检测新方法的研究提供理论基础。
Chlorogenic acid is widely found in fruits,vegetables,Chinese medicine and other higher plants,with antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,blood pressure,blood lipid and other effects.It has important application value in food and drug industry.Chlorogenic acid content is often used as an important indicator of food and drug quality control.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a reliable and accurate method for chlorogenic acid detection.In this review,the detection methods of chlorogenic acid in recent years,such as high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),thin layer chromatography(TLC),etc.,were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method and its application range were compared,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of new methods for chlorogenic acid detection.
