摘要
对于碳酸钙高填充聚烯烃复合材料,加工过程和工艺方法是影响复合材料性能的重要因素。在采用“密炼机+单螺杆”和“密炼机+双阶机”两种工艺制备碳酸钙填充聚烯烃复合材料的基础上,通过线缆生产用高速挤出机在不同挤出速度下挤制管材样品,研究了加工工艺对复合材料结构和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明,“密炼机+双阶机”制备加工过程中较高的剪切作用改善了复合材料的分散结构,而有利于提升复合材料的机械性能;通过成型过程中增加螺杆转速,能够改善“密炼机+单螺杆”低剪切作用下制备的复合材料的拉伸性能。
For polyolefin composites filled with high loading levels of calcium carbonate,the processing techniques are important factors on the performances of the composites.The research was carried out to investigate the influences of the different processing techniques on the structure and properties of the calcium carbonate filled polyolefin composites by two kinds of preparing process and three rates of molding process.The composites were prepared by the two processes of internal mixer coupled with single screw and internal mixer coupled with double stage machine,and extruded to pipe samples by a high-speed extruder at different extrusion speeds.The results indicate that the higher shear force during the preparation process with internal mixer coupled with double stage machine improves the dispersed structure of the composites,which is beneficial for enhancing the tensile properties of the composites.The tensile properties of composites prepared under low shear force with internal mixer coupled with single screw can be improved by increasing the screw speed during the molding process.
