摘要
根据四川地区井底温度高的特点,研究出一种抗高温聚合物降滤失剂。作者以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,以氧化还原引发剂引发自由基聚合反应,并加入适量的交联剂,得到抗高温聚合物降滤失剂,AM、AMPS、NVP、AA单体最佳配物质的量比为3∶4∶2∶0.8。该抗高温聚合物降滤失剂具有良好的降滤失效果,并适中的增黏效果。该降滤失剂抗温220℃,与国外同类产品相比降滤失效果相当,而且比国外产品增黏效果更强,表现出了良好的性能;该抗高温聚合物降滤失剂在阳101H36平台进行应用,表现出良好的降滤失效果及一定的增黏效果,现场应用及配伍效果好。
According to the characteristics of high bottom hole temperature in Sichuan area,a high temperature resistant polymer fluid loss reducer was developed.The redox initiator was used to initiate the acrylamide Radical polymerization with AM,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)and acrylic acid(AA)as monomers,the optimal ratio of AM,AMPS,NVP and AA monomers was 3∶4∶2∶0.8.The high temperature resistant polymer filtrate loss reducer has good filtrate loss reduction effect and moderate viscosity increasing effect.Compared with the same kind of foreign products,the filtrate loss reducer has the same effect of temperature resistance of 220℃,and has stronger viscosity increasing effect than the foreign products.The high-temperature resistant polymer filter loss reducer was applied on the Yang 101H36 platform,showing good filtration loss reduction effect and certain viscosity increasing effect,and the field application and compatibility effect were good.
