摘要
乡村振兴,产业为本。着力构建乡村特色文化产业不仅是绘就乡村振兴新图景的可为进路,亦是赓续地域传统文脉的实践旨向。本文基于“行动者识别-‘文化共鸣’式转译-网络机理阐释”分析框架,融合新内源发展理论,提炼徐州市马庄村香包产业行动者网络“文化共鸣+内外共进”的建构机理。具体而言,在香包产业“内生自主”发展阶段,“文化自觉”“守正创新”的非物质文化遗产传承人和“在地共识”“整体操盘”的村干部,与“动能激活”的村民和“文化认同”的消费者“共鸣共振”,协力促成了该阶段行动者网络的基础搭建。在香包产业“内生外嵌”发展阶段,以“重塑布局”“精英回流”保持“蓄势增能”的内生力量,与以“资源撬动”“价值共延”实现“嵌入赋能”的外部力量“共鸣共进”,联合助推了该阶段行动者网络的提档扩展。鉴于此,可借助“文化共鸣”式转译推进多元主体的协同共建,特色产业发展应因地制宜、因势利导、因需达变,在内生力量持续“在场”与“强化”的前置条件下“筑巢引凤”,以吸引外部力量的助力赋能,进而实现内外力量的互塑共进与特色产业的聚力升级。
Rural revitalization is primarily based on industrial development Promoting the development of rural characteristic cultural industries is an important strategic policy of the state in the context of rural revitalization in the new era.In rural development practice,striving to build a rural characteristic cultural industry that integrates economic,cultural,and social values is not only a viable approach to sketching a new picture of rural industrial dev elopment but also a practical aim of continuing regional traditional cultural contexts.The sachet industry in Mazhuang Village serves as a typical case of rural characteristic cultural industry development After experiencing two development phases—"endogenous autonomy" and "endogenous embedding"—it has transformed from a "small sachet" into a "large industry".This paper proposes a "cultural resonance" style translation through the localized adaptation of actor network theory within the Chinese cultural field,and based on the analytical framework of actor identification—'cultural resonance' style translation—network mechanism explanation",integrates the theory of new endogenous development It distills the constructive mechanism of the actor network in Mazhuang Village' sachet industry as "cultural resonance+collaborative advancement".Specifically,during the "endogenous autonomy" development phase,the intangible cultural heritage inheritors with cultural consciousness" and "innovative integrity,along with village leaders who promote "local consensus" and "holistic management",resonated collaboratively with villagers who "activated momentum" and consumers who identified with the culture,facilitating the foundational construction of the actor network and achieving the action goal of transitioning from "cultural resources" to "cultural industries".In the "endogenous embedding" development phase,the internal forces of "restructuring layout" and "elite return" for continuous energy accumulation resonated with external forces that leveraged "esource mobilization" and "value co-extension" for embedded empowerment jointly promoting the upgrading of the actor network in this phase and achieving the action goal of transitioning from "cultural industries" to "pillar industries".Drawing from this,the development experience of the characteristic cultural industry in Mazhuang Village offers valuable insights for promoting rural industrial revitalization in the context of Chinese-style modernization:the development of characteristic cultural industries can utilize "cultural resonance" style translation to advance collaborative construction among multiple subjects,following action strategies that are tailored to local conditions,guided by circumstances,and responsive to needs.Endogenous forces should "build nests to attract phoenixes" under sustained presence and continuous strengthening to attract external support and energy infusion,thereby achieving mutual shaping and collaborative advancement of internal and external forces and upgrading of characteristic industries.
