摘要
军用软件的固有特点及研制要求,导致其研制过程存在管理成本高等问题。通过对Scrum方法的简要介绍及其与GJB5000B之间的兼容性分析,提出了一种将Scrum应用于军用软件项目管理的有效方法。实践表明,本方法可在提高策划的可操作性及时效性的同时,有效应对需求不够清晰及频繁变更,并可降低项目监控的管理成本。
The inherent characteristics and development requirements of military software lead to high management cost in the development process.Through the brief introduction of Scrum method and the compatibility analysis between Scrum and GJB5000B,this paper puts forward an effective method to apply Scrum to military software project management.Practice shows that this method can not only improve the operability and timeliness of planning,but also effectively deal with unclear requirements and frequent changes,and reduce the management cost of project monitoring.
