摘要
岸电系统是指船舶靠港期间不使用船舶发电机组而由岸电电源供电。通过船舶上岸电连接电缆和岸电箱对船舶上的电气设备供电,保证船舶上电气设备的用电需求。以往船舶靠港时采用自身柴油发电机组供电,但柴油在燃烧过程中产生有毒废气,对周边环境造成污染,故在2021年5月长航局印发《长江经济带运输船舶岸电系统受电设施改造推进方案》通知。此次方案的提出,岸电系统的使用得到大范围的推广与使用。有研究表明,使用岸电系统后,船舶污染物排放量将减少92%以上,“以电代油”不仅减少了污染物的排放量,并且降低了用电成本,节约能源。目前,市场现有的船岸连接电缆护套采用的是氯丁橡胶或氯化聚乙烯等材料,因其材料组成成分中含有卤元素,燃烧过程中产生有毒气体,污染环境,为了解决这一技术问题,我们通过材料选型,在保证电缆电气性能和机械性能的同时,具有无卤低烟性能,提高了产品的整体强度,质量更稳定。
In May 2021,the Changhang Navigation Bureau issued a notice on the"Promotion Plan for the Transformation of Electric Facilities in the Shore Power System of Transportation Ships in the Yangtze River Economic Belt".The proposal of this plan has led to the widespread promotion and use of the shore power system.Research has shown that after using the shore power system,the emissions of pollutants from ships will be reduced by more than 92%."Replacing oil with electricity"not only reduces pollutant emissions,but also reduces electricity costs and saves energy.At present,the existing ship shore connection cable sheath in the market is made of Neoprene or chlorinated polyethylene and other materials.Because its material composition contains halogen elements,toxic gases are generated during combustion,which pollutes the environment.In order to solve this technical problem,through material selection,we have ensured the electrical and mechanical properties of the cable,as well as halogen-free and low smoke performance,improved the overall strength of the product,and made the quality more stable.
